1. About us

Doc Auto Spares is run by DOC AUTO SPARES (PTY) LTD, a company registered in South Africa (Reg. No. 2022/648272/07). These details are provided as required by section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

2. Using Doc Auto Spares

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so please use an email address you can access.

3. Products and prices

Prices are in South African Rand. The total you pay, including the delivery fee, is shown before you pay. We take care to show correct prices and fitment, but if we discover a clear pricing or listing error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Product photos may be representative. Brands and specifications are as described on each product.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is made by card on a secure page hosted by our payment provider, Yoco. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once your payment has gone through, and we send you a confirmation email.

If a part becomes unavailable after you've paid, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery is R80 within Johannesburg (estimated 1–2 business days) and R150 elsewhere (estimated 3–5 business days), counted from the day your payment goes through. These are estimates and not guarantees, and they exclude weekends and public holidays. We check your address before you pay; please make sure someone is available to receive the order.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our returns & refunds policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Fitment and installation

Parts should be fitted by a competent person following the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect fitting.

8. Your information

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
